Refund Policy

At Satyam Shivam Sundaram Group of Institutions, all purchases of courses, educational services, study materials, and other products are generally non-refundable.

We strongly encourage students and parents to carefully review the course details, features, and services before making any payment.

For physical products such as books or study materials, a full refund or replacement may be provided only if the item is lost in transit or received in a damaged condition due to the courier service.

Any such issue must be reported within a reasonable time along with supporting evidence.

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the student/customer.
• Refusal to accept the delivery by the student/customer.
• Failure to receive the package due to the recipient's unavailability.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Partial or full utilization of any course, service, or digital content.

All refund requests, where applicable, shall be subject to verification and approval by Satyam Shivam Sundaram Group of Institutions. The institution reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund claim.
